TechBridge is working with the Igor Sikorsky Polytechnic Institute to run a new competition for innovations in humanitarian demining technology. This leading university is home to the Sikorsky Challenge, which drives development of high-tech innovation in Ukraine through a major annual innovation festival, and multiple smaller innovation competitions throughout the year. Working with the Sikorsky Challenge, this competition will support early-stage Ukrainian startups and developers working across robotics, survey software and mapping for better and more efficient landmine clearance. The competition will end with a demo day and award ceremony in Kyiv on 30th September, attended by members of the demining industry and regulatory bodies.
