As well as a hyper-scale Cloud infrastructure provider, Oracle is the world’s largest supplier of SaaS Business Applications to enterprise customers. Training is available for functional users in systems such as Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management

Oracle is the IP owner of all the technologies Oracle University (OU) provides training on and is the most up to date and relevant available.

OU provides proctored exams and Industry Recognised Certification from Practitioner level to Architect on the training offered here.

OU MyLearn is a modern Learning Experience Platform that provides Learning Paths leading to Certification, high-definition and searchable video content, language translations, article style content, online student guides, assessments and online certification, direct to instructor engagement and peer to peer learning from others in the OU learning community

OU will approach our key customers and partners in the UK and Ukraine to encourage them to post vacancies that can be accessed via MyLearn for Ukraine Recovery. This will ensure that displaced Ukrainian’s living in the UK and those seeking to return to Ukraine can apply for relevant vacancies.

MYLEARN FOR UKRAINE RECOVERY

OracleUniversity (OU) training and certification is aimed at IT professionals, developers, those with an IT Background or graduates with a technology-oriented degree. Training is delivered digitally using OU’s unique “MyLearn” Learning Experience Platform, with hands-on labs built into the training. Extensive training is available in OracleCloud Infrastructure (OCI) which includes Dev Ops, Autonomous Database, Data Science and Machine Learning, Cloud Security, Data Analytics Warehouse, Linux system administration and AI Foundations Certification.

For developers, training for Java SE (one of the most used enterprise programming languages)across many use-cases including Micro-services, Oracle Middleware and JavaScript/XML. Additionally, Oracle APEX will provide users with the tools they need to build apps in a single, extensible platform which runs as a part of Oracle Database.

Ukrainians based inUkraine, the UK, Poland, or the Czech Republic can access this offer for free as part of TechBridge at https://education.oracle.com/techbridge. From here the learner will be able to select and access the various training offered, request certification, engage with Instructors and other learners and generally monitor progress. 

OU will provide free professional certification to a maximum of 8,000 learners in total. Eligible learners will need to apply for this by requesting a certification exam. To do so, please email techbridge@businessandtrade.gov.uk in the first instance.

Consistently keep learning and upskilling and use potential roles to identify further skills you can build on and develop. This will also help you better understand how the role works.

Newbie

Salesforce offer a wide range of fundamental training materials, both related to the tech industry as well as soft business skills that can kickstart your learning and grow your understanding of digital skills. If you’re curious about tech more specifically, and wish to pick up on some system agnostic foundational tech topics, such as networking or cybersecurity, Сisco offer introductory courses you can select, and then further material you can follow if you wish to continue learning more.

Completely new and don’t know where to begin? Get started with some fundamental tech and business skills!

Beginner

Are good places to start for content aimed at total beginners, or those with a limited tech background. If you are interested in fields such as cybersecurity and networking, Cisco offer system agnostic learning courses that are sought after by industry. Salesforce cover a large range of careers over all of the five main categories, specialised in the Salesforce platform.

Intermediate

Oracle offers material aimed at learners with a background in IT or a technology-based degree and provide a range of learning opportunities and certifications to further your career.

Advanced

Advanced learning material is available by following your learning/chosen career pathway on Сisco, Oracle and Salesforce
